Dr. Tia Diaz

Dr. Tia Diaz grew up in Elmhurst, Illinois, and completed both her undergraduate and veterinary degrees at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She now calls Chicago home, where she lives with her husband and their furry family, including a Shepherd mix dog and two orange tabby cats.

A lifelong animal lover, Dr. Diaz strengthened her passion for veterinary medicine while in veterinary school by fostering dogs and cats through a local rescue organization. Those experiences reinforced her commitment to supporting the special bond between pets and the people who love them.

Dr. Diaz’s professional interests include dentistry, internal medicine, and feline medicine. She enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and partnering with families to help their pets live healthy, happy lives.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Diaz can often be found exploring Chicago’s restaurant scene, traveling, spending time outdoors, or enjoying a good comedy show or live music performance.
